HEB Gift Cards

This is a MONTHLY (including during the summer) gift card fundraiser in which students can earn 5% of sales in their Presto accounts to spend on band fees or trip fees.

Gift Cards can be purchased in $100 increments or broken up into four $25 increment gift cards to equal $100

FAQ

  1. Payment must be rendered prior to cards being ordered. We prefer checks, but can also accept cash if delivered in person.
  2. Make checks out to RRHS BPA (Ronald Reagan HS Band Parent Association)
  3. SORRY, LATE ORDERS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
  4. If you cannot make it to see us on the order day, please submit payment to the BPA locked box (top drawer with slot in filing cabinet) in the music library. Submission here must occur no later than the day BEFORE the order date. There have been times folks missed out on orders because they or their child placed the order in the BPA box the day of the order. Don’t let that be you.
  5. If you or your child have missed the order date, there will be another opportunity next month.  See Schedule in graphic at bottom of this page.
  6. Everyone buys groceries so you can sell to neighbors, family, friends, and Reagan Band Alumni parents who shop at HEB. They can make the checks out to you or out to RRHS BPA.
  7. Please check the band calendar as HEB dates do change sometimes. We plan dates months in advance and try to limit changes.  The band calendar will always have the most accurate dates as we close in on HEB dates.
  8. Please make arrangements to pick up your cards as scheduled.  When cards are not picked up on time, it causes a hardship on others to include the directors.
  9. You CAN pay for Curbside or Home Delivery from the heb.com website.  Other third party delivery services are not eligible to be paid for with HEB Gift Cards.

CHECKLIST:

  • Make checks out to RRHS BPA (Ronald Reagan HS Band Parent Association)
  • Note Student’s first and last name in the memo field so we know who will receive the credit for the sale
  • If placing in the BPA box, please place your check in an envelope marked HEB GIFT CARDS (this helps us quickly identify what the money is for)
  • Cash is only accepted in person.  Cash CANNOT accepted via BPA Box.
  • Sign your check (yes, this has happened and we cannot complete your order)
  • Place check in BPA box no later than day BEFORE order date
  • Please do not combine HEB, Wash Tub, or Krispy Kreme orders on one check.
  • A separate check must be made out for each fundraiser.
  • We sell Wash Tub and Krispy Kreme gift cards when we receive funds or disperse HEB cards.

WHAT CAN YOU BUY WITH HEB CARDS:

  • Groceries, Flowers, Garden Center
  • Prescriptions, Gas, HEB restaurants, Online Orders
  • Almost anything sold in an HEB store

WHAT YOU CANNOT BUY:

  • Other gift cards
