How to sync the Reagan Band Calendar to your phone / tablet

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Click on “Calendar”
  3. Click on “Add Account” – Select “Other”
  4. Select the “Add Subscribed Calendar” option, and fill in the Google Calendar URL in the Server box (links below)
  5. Select “Next” and fill in URL and any settings you want.  You do NOT need a username or password.  Select “Save”.
  6. Open the “Calendar” App.  Click on “Calendars”, and tap on the “calendar@reaganband.com” until there is a check mark next to it.
  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add +  > From URL.
  3. Enter the calendar’s address. (links below)
  4. Click Add calendar. The calendar appears on the left, under “Other calendars.”

Tip: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
